How did you get the idea to create your consultancy SH Conseil ?

I wanted to start my own business, and my passion for people inspired the creation of SH Conseil. I understood that people are the most important resource in an organisation, and that they are largely under-valued. Without people, nothing is possible. I also knew that, for a director, an external perspective is a crucial tool.

What is your greatest success story ?

The most complex situations where everything seems compromised.
For example :
Significant management development in terms of quality (evaluation carried out via staff questionnaires).
Considerable increase in profit as a result of personalised management coaching.
Re-establishing communication that had broken down a few months earlier between trade unions, employees and senior management.

How would you define your commitment to your Clients ?

The answer to that would be more objective coming from my clients. For me, commitment is intrinsically linked to the question of success.

What makes you different from other consultants ?

The bespoke tools used for each company and the results obtained.

What promise do you make to your clients ?

I prefer commitment to promises, and I always honour my commitments.
